The Emergence of Change

This past Spring election at UF saw the emergence of a new group of leaders at the UF. Bred in the heat of hatred, these leaders rose up and moved for positivity. They left a pool of anger. And their brave act was rewarded. I'm talking of the Progress Party.

There were always two breds of Orange and Blue Party. The workers and the true servant leaders, like Eric Wolf. Then there were the talkers. All talk and no service of the students. The Miorellis and Norrisis, hateful and jealous. The Progress Party grew out of the need to repudeate these false leaders.

Since their arrival in the chambers these people of vision have begun to build a legacy of trust and hard workingness. Senator Dave Schneider is a symbol of inspiration for the sensiblity that this school needs. He works with the students and fights when its time to fight for our rights!

Rather than forming useless pieces of legeslation, the Progress Party comes to chambers to serve. They work hand and hand with the Unite Party to better our UF. This alliance will continue to build upon the past giants of student government and lead to a day era aat our university.

A New Immeadiate Era

Servant Leader

I have taken a break from advocating for the students online but it is so good to be back. This immedeate past election showed what students at UF want and that's a positive new direction! Congratlations to the UNITE Party on their near sweep of the Spring student Government elections.

Shameless attacks upon the personal character of leaders like Johnson and Vickers will only be repulsed by the students. Oppurtunists like the fallen Orange and Blue Treasurer candidate will be rejected. Communities will speak with one voice, the voice of servants, the voice of the UNITE Party.

Now let's get to business about what's hot in Student Senate. Servant leaders are up for election tonight for Senate President and Pro Tempor. Ju'lia Samuels, a definitional servant leader, will be up for election for R and A at large. The history of the R and A committee was dirtied this past senate term but its reputation will be restored to the lofty hights seen in terms past.

The end of the Orange and Blue Party is upon us, there shameless self promotion will finally be silenced. Miorelli will no longer interragate leaders who come to us in goodwill. Leaders will be able to lead again and servants will be able to serve. There will no longer be an acceptance of medicority in chambers. The shoulders of past giants will be honored. And things will be as they need to be.

An Exciting Time To Serve

Obstructionist or not?

The fall Campaign season is here and its an exciting time to be in student government at UF. New leaders are pouring onto the campus looking for ways to serve. The Gator Party is about to give them that outlet.

With Luis Nobriga leading the party of service the Gator Party is strong as ever heading into the fall. The Orange and Blue Party President, who's name need not me mentioned, is a shameless self-promoter and obstructionist. The veil over both will be revealed to the students and their righteous judgement will reign down upon the Orange and Blue Party. The minority party appeals to only a small, eletist segment of the student body. Their predujcies follow them into senate every week and only show the students how diverse the Gator Party really is.

One senator who I just dont know about is Ben Cavataro. Is he mean or a nice guy? Seems like someones pulling his strings from behind the scenes because he can be such a man of integrity and service.

The interview with Senator Wolf did not occur because his mailbox is too full from serving the students. However, former Senator Miorelli has agreed to a Q&A. That should be posted shortly.

Slating starts soon and we hope to see a diverse slate of candidates come out to the interviews. Of course some hardworking, deserving senators will be re-slated. But who will those be?

Let me hear it.

A Time of Transfer

We are moving between two eras in student government at UF. Over the summer we saw commotion, disrespect, and slander. This fall we will see a new direction and a fresh start.

As freshmen come on campus we need to open up the world of service that SG could be to them. We need positive, constructive faces out at the SG table encouraging Freshman to become involved. The disgusting actions of a certain Orange and Blue Senator need not be mentioned.

We need to nurture these students as they come to senate and then to slating. They are the future of SG and the future leaders of the Gator Nation. President Reilly's letter speaking to Freshman is a great start and we need to introduce these potential leaders to SG in an un partisan way. They deserve to hear facts about everything SG does for them, not malicious lies.

Tomorrows Leaders Leading Today

As other bloggers just perpetuate slander and libel this blogger continues to shed light on all the good SG does year in and year out. I'm about to start work on an interview with two of the leaders in SG today. One is a hardworking, principaled WORKER, Eric Wolf. The other is an obstructionist, opportunist, Sam Miorelli.

Stay tuned for their responses.

End of a Nussance

It the end of summer and thankfully the end of the Orange and Blue Party. I think I speak for everyone in senate when I say good riddance!

No more Morelli pomposly lecturing the senators. No more Norris calling the senate an "audience". No more McShera disrupting the work of the important committees. The obsrtuctionists are out and now the senate can do the work of the student body in peace.

After the way Orange and Blue treated Eric Wolf they should be ashamed. He was the hardest working Orange and Blue senator and the only one who works for the students. Their personal attacks against Senator on this blog and other blogs is disgraceful. With Wolf gone its clear Orange and Blue have no chance in the fall election. What work do they have to speak for them?

EyesEarsEverywhere says Gator made a show of the student senate. I say no! Gator defended a good, honest, hard-working MAN, Orange and Blue just tore down a mountain of a indivudal.

Just because Orange and Blue thinks "infactual" isn't a word doesn't mean its right. Paul wrote a great letter, Orange and Blue can stop attacking him for being an African American now.

One more senate meeting to freedom...

Tonight's the Night

Discrimination is a hellhound that gnaws at Negroes in every waking moment of
their lives to remind them that the lie of their inferiority is accepted as truth in the society dominating them.

Impeach Miorelli, Not Drayton

Impeachment is a serious offense.

Sam Miorelli and the rest of the Orange and Blue party don't know what they're doing.

By impeaching Paul Drayton, a courageuous and dedicated student leader, they are offending the thousands of students at UF that voted for Paul in the Spring elections.

It is SO typical of the opposition senators to do nothing but moan and complain about the "faults" of everyone else while they ignore the "beam in their own eye" as it says in the Bible.

Instead of spending the Senate's time and wasting hours and hours debating this, why doesn't Senator Miorelli go back under whatever rock he crawled out of and suck his sore loser thumb.

Messiah my ass.
